What you get

Everything for your new tooth, in one offer

You pay € 1,900 for the whole treatment: from the first consultation to the final crown.

What is included

  • Consultation and X-ray examination, in most cases with a 3D scan (CBCT)
  • Digital planning: we plan the implant on the 3D scan, matched to the crown
  • Placement of the titanium implant, in most cases with a surgical guide
  • A zirconia crown, a high-quality ceramic
  • A personal treatment plan with a clear cost estimate in advance
  • Healing guarantee for the implant (6 months, one replacement)

What is not included

A temporary crown (provisional), bone augmentation (such as a sinus lift) and gum correction. Sometimes these are needed to place an implant safely and to get a predictable long-term result.

If there is too little bone or gum tissue, or extra work is needed for functional or aesthetic reasons, the total may be higher. We will tell you at the consultation and you will receive a separate quotation in advance. That way there are no surprises.

How does it work?

Your journey in four steps

You know in advance what will happen and what each step costs.

  1. Consultation and examination

We listen to your wishes, examine your mouth and take the X-ray examination. In most cases this includes a 3D scan (CBCT): it lets us assess the amount and quality of your bone and plan the procedure in advance. This amount is part of the total.

  2. Digital planning

Based on the 3D scan we plan the implant and determine the ideal position for a safe and predictable result.

  3. Placing the implant

Placement under local anaesthesia. For a predictable result we recommend a surgical guide in most cases, so that we can follow the digital plan exactly.

  4. Placing the crown

Usually after 3 to 4 months, once the implant has healed, we place the final zirconia crown.

Intraoral scan We take the time for your questions and make a comfortable intraoral scan of your teeth, without unpleasant impressions, so you know exactly where you stand.

CBCT and digital planning We plan your implant digitally on the CBCT scan before the treatment begins.

Guided placement In most cases we recommend a surgical guide, so that we place the implant exactly according to the plan.

Materials

A brand-name implant and a zirconia crown

You get high-quality materials, combined with our digital workflow.

Implant

Dentium

Dentium is a South Korean company active in more than 80 countries. The Implantium system comes with versatile kits for guided surgery.

Crown

Zirconia

Zirconia is a strong, metal-free ceramic that looks natural and keeps its colour. Depending on your situation we choose full zirconia or zirconia with a ceramic layer, for the best colour and translucency.

Our approach

First the crown, then the implant

At 3D Tandarts, planning starts with the end result. We first determine where your new tooth or crown should be, so that it looks natural, works well and fits your bite. From that position we then plan the implant digitally. This is called prosthetically driven planning.

This is how we plan your treatment in advance, in three steps:

1

DiagnosticsX-rays and, in most cases, a 3D scan (CBCT) show the amount and quality of the bone and where nerves and roots are located.

2

Digital planningIn dedicated software we determine the position, angle and depth of the implant, matched to the new crown and your bite.

3

Placement according to planIn most cases we recommend a surgical guide, so that the implant is placed exactly as planned.

Modern implantology works with a 3D scan. A regular X-ray shows the bone in only two dimensions. A CBCT shows the jawbone, nerves and sinus in 3D. This lets us assess the amount and quality of the bone and plan the procedure in advance. In most cases we therefore recommend a CBCT and a surgical guide that follows the plan exactly. This gives more predictability and safety.

What does that mean for you? You know better in advance what to expect, and the treatment is carefully prepared. That gives peace of mind and a natural, predictable result.

  • The offer applies to one dental implant with crown, for requests up to and including 21 December 2026.
  • The € 200 consultation is part of the total amount. If an implant is not advisable in your situation, you only pay for this consultation.
  • Not included are a temporary crown (provisional), bone augmentation (for example a sinus lift), gum correction and other additional treatments. If there is too little bone or gum tissue, or extra work is needed for functional or aesthetic reasons, the total may be higher. You will then receive a separate quotation in advance.
  • Do you need more than one implant? Then we will make a personal plan with a quotation. At NZa rates, including estimated material and technical costs, the same treatment (consultation, X-ray examination, planning, implant and crown) costs € 2,469. Is it about an overdenture or All-on-X? For those, the first consultation is free: request a free consultation.
  • Healing guarantee (osseointegration): an implant usually needs 3 to 6 months to fuse with the bone. If your implant has not fused within 6 months of placement and the crown cannot be placed because of that, we will place a new implant free of charge, once, including placement. This period is long enough to establish whether the implant has healed properly. How long an implant lasts afterwards depends strongly on your own care: oral hygiene, regular check-ups, a night guard if you grind or clench, diet and lifestyle. That is why the guarantee covers healing and not lifespan. The guarantee does not apply to smokers, to poorly controlled diabetes, if you do not attend the agreed check-ups, or if bone grafting is already needed at placement. Other costs are outside the guarantee. If bone grafting (bone regeneration) is needed when the new implant is placed, we charge it separately.
  • Paying in monthly instalments is possible via Infomedics. Infomedics' own conditions apply.
  • For a single implant the basic health insurance usually reimburses nothing. Some supplementary dental insurance policies reimburse part of it; this differs per insurer and policy.
Frequently asked questions

Good to know before you start

What exactly is included in the € 1,900 offer?

The whole treatment for one dental implant: the consultation and X-ray examination (€ 200), the digital planning and placement of a titanium implant (€ 1,000) and a zirconia crown (€ 700). In most cases we place the implant with a surgical guide, following the planning on the 3D scan (CBCT).

Until when is the offer valid?

The offer applies to sign-ups up to and including 21 December 2026. After that, for the same treatment we charge the NZa rate, including estimated material and technical costs: € 2,469.

Why are you offering this deal?

We are expanding our implantology in Schiedam and want more patients to get to know our digital way of working. That is why we are offering this price until 21 December 2026. Nothing changes in the way we work: you receive the same digital planning on a 3D scan (CBCT, in most cases), in most cases a surgical guide, a Dentium implant and a zirconia crown as with any other treatment. Only the price is different. After 21 December 2026 our usual rate applies again.

What is not included in the offer?

A temporary crown (provisional), bone augmentation (such as a sinus lift), gum correction and other additional treatments. If there is too little bone or gum tissue, or extra work is needed for functional or aesthetic reasons, the total may be higher. We will tell you at the consultation and you will then receive a separate quotation in advance. Only after that do you decide whether to start.

Is the € 200 consultation on top of the € 1,900?

No. The consultation and the X-ray examination are part of the total amount of € 1,900. If an implant is not advisable in your situation, you only pay the € 200 consultation.

How do I take advantage of the offer?

Leave your details via the form. We will call you within 1 working day to schedule the consultation. Requesting is without obligation.

Which implants does 3D Tandarts work with?

We work with Dentium implants. Dentium is a South Korean company active in more than 80 countries. The Implantium system comes with versatile kits for guided surgery. Dentium offers competitive prices without compromising on quality. The crown on the implant is made of zirconia, a strong, metal-free ceramic. Depending on your situation we choose full zirconia or zirconia with a ceramic layer.

What is guided implantology?

We plan the implant digitally on a 3D scan (CBCT): the position, angle and depth are determined in advance, matched to the crown. In most cases we then make a surgical guide, so that the implant is placed exactly according to plan. This gives an accurate and predictable result.

Does the offer also apply to more than one implant?

The offer applies to one dental implant with crown. If you need more implants, or another solution such as a bridge on implants, we will make a personal treatment plan with a clear cost estimate. Is it about an overdenture or All-on-X? For those, the first consultation is free: request a free consultation.

Do I have enough jawbone for an implant?

We assess this during the diagnostics. If there is little bone, there are often options, such as bone augmentation. That falls outside the offer and you will receive a separate cost estimate in advance. If an implant is not advisable in your situation, we will tell you honestly.

Does the treatment hurt? I am afraid of it.

Placing an implant is done under local anaesthesia, so you usually feel nothing during the procedure. Afterwards you may have some temporary pain and swelling, as after other dental procedures. Are you afraid? That is very common. Tell us during the consultation, and we will explain every step and look together at what helps you.

How long do the treatment and recovery take?

After placement the implant needs time to heal in the bone (osseointegration), usually 3 to 4 months. Then we place the final crown. In the first days after the procedure you may have some swelling or tenderness. The exact course differs from person to person; at the consultation we will tell you what this means for you.

Is an implant suitable for me?

We assess that during the consultation based on the amount and quality of your jawbone, the condition of your gums, your general health, your oral hygiene and whether you smoke. Sometimes an additional treatment is needed beforehand, such as bone augmentation or gum treatment. We always discuss that in advance.

What is the difference between an implant and a bridge?

For a conventional bridge, the teeth next to the gap are ground down so that they can support the bridge. An implant replaces only the missing tooth, leaves the neighbouring teeth intact and is usually easier to keep clean. Which solution suits you depends on your situation.

How long does an implant last?

With good oral care and regular check-ups, an implant can last many years. It depends, among other things, on your oral hygiene, smoking, your general health and the load on the implant.

What if the implant does not heal properly?

An implant usually needs 3 to 6 months to fuse with the bone. If it has not fused within 6 months of placement and the crown cannot be placed because of that, we will place a new implant free of charge, once. How long an implant lasts afterwards depends strongly on your own care: oral hygiene, regular check-ups, a night guard if you grind or clench, diet and lifestyle. That is why the guarantee covers healing and not lifespan. It does not apply to smokers, to poorly controlled diabetes, if you do not attend the agreed check-ups, or if bone grafting is already needed at placement. All conditions are listed under Conditions.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. You can pay the amount in monthly instalments via Infomedics. Ask about it during the consultation: we will explain how it works and which Infomedics conditions apply.

Is an implant reimbursed by my insurance?

For a single implant the basic health insurance usually reimburses nothing. Some supplementary dental insurance policies reimburse part of it; this differs per insurer and policy. You will receive a cost estimate that you can use with your insurer.
